ICORE Department Workshops: Strengthening Communication and Recharging Together

Hello, this is ICORE.

Last month, ICORE held department-level workshops to create more meaningful opportunities for communication and connection among our team members.

The workshops were organized into two groups—R&D & Production Management, and Technical Support, Sales & Marketing, and Management—each with its own unique focus and activities. Here’s a closer look at what happened on site.

R&D & Production Management Workshop

The R&D and Production Management teams traveled to Yangpyeong for their workshop. Stepping away from daily routines, the team spent time in nature, focusing on rest and recharging both physically and mentally.

In a calm and relaxed atmosphere, team members had time to connect with one another. Cycling together along scenic paths added an active element to the schedule, naturally encouraging conversation and bonding along the way.

In the evening, a lamb barbecue was prepared thanks to the efforts of our “unofficial grilling master,” Senior Engineer Lee from the Software Team. The day concluded with a campfire, wrapping up the schedule in a warm and memorable way.

With comfort and relaxation at its core, the workshop provided a meaningful opportunity to strengthen trust and lay a solid foundation for future collaboration.

Technical Support, Sales & Marketing, and Management Workshop

The Technical Support, Sales & Marketing, and Management teams held their workshop at an indoor party venue, focusing on strengthening communication and collaboration through participation-based activities.

A variety of games were prepared and hosted by Assistant Manager Oh, with a balanced mix of individual and team-based activities to ensure everyone could join in comfortably.

Games such as bingo, tissue-throw challenges, and Nintendo Wii golf quickly energized the atmosphere. In the team-based golf game, an unexpected twist—where the CEO and executives’ team, despite being regular golfers, finished last—added laughter and extra fun to the event.

After dinner, the game sessions continued, this time with Mafia and card games, further energizing the atmosphere. Once the games began, everyone became fully engaged, with the activities lasting for nearly four hours and offering a hands-on experience of what true collaboration means.

The workshop provided an opportunity to laugh together, think together, and strengthen team spirit—momentum we expect will carry over into positive synergy in our day-to-day work.

 

Looking Ahead at ICORE Workshops

These department-level workshops went beyond simple relaxation, serving as meaningful moments for teams to communicate, collaborate, and grow together.

ICORE will continue striving to foster a healthy organizational culture built on strong collaboration and connection among our people.

A company-wide workshop is also planned for next month, and we look forward to sharing those stories with you as well.
